Return shipping costs are at your own expense. We recommend using track & trace shipping.
No. You're responsible for the return shipping costs . You'll need to choose your preferred courier. We recommend sending your return with track & trace so you can track your package.

We do not offer a direct exchange service. All returned items will be refunded after inspection.

- Returns received in the studio within 14 days will be fully processed.
- Returns received between 14 and 21 days after receipt will be accepted subject to a 10% administration fee on the returned items.
- Returns received later than 21 days after delivery will not be accepted and will not be refunded .
If you would like to receive these items back, the shipping costs will be at your expense.
If you had a discount or free product that was dependent on a minimum order value or purchase, this will be taken into account when refunding.
If you no longer meet the conditions due to a return, the discount or free product may expire and will be deducted from the refund.
No. Clip-on earrings are made to order and therefore cannot be returned .
Due to their nature or for hygienic reasons, the following goods cannot be returned:
- Worn, soiled, smoked, washed, damaged or repaired items
- Personalized or custom-made goods (including clip-on earrings)
- Items that cannot be returned due to their nature
- Clip-on earrings
- Items from the sale or outlet (only a voucher will be provided for this)
If your package is returned to us because the address was provided incompletely or incorrectly, or if the shipment was refused, the return costs (€9.50) and the costs for resending will be at your expense.
So make sure you enter your shipping address correctly and completely .
Refunds
As soon as we have received and checked your return, we will refund the amount as soon as possible (and at the latest within 14 days). using the same payment method you used to place your order. For sale or outlet items, a store credit will be issued instead of a refund.
Did you qualify for free shipping on your original order (for orders over €100), but your final order amount drops below that amount due to a return? The original shipping costs will still be charged and deducted from your refund.
This also applies if you return your entire order .
