Product
All earrings are packaged in a box with the Petit Bonbon logo. This is also the best way to store your earrings and keep them looking new for as long as possible: away from light, air, moisture and packaged separately so that they cannot rub against other jewelry.
Extra ear plugs are also sent with every pair of earrings you order.
All our earrings are handmade with high-quality materials : we use high-quality semi-precious stones and nickel-free studs that are also gold-plated or silver-plated; this means that there is a thin layer of gold or silver over the earrings. Each product on the website clearly indicates what material it is made of, and more importantly: what material the stud earring is made of. This way you can decide for yourself whether this is a good match for you.
Semi-precious stones and pearls are natural products: imperfections and variations on individual stones may occur. This is not a fault of the stone, but an exceptional property of a natural product. Two stones may have shades and shapes in common, but they will never be completely identical.
Synthetic resin is a very light material and is available in the most beautiful colors. The pearls are virtually identical to each other, different from semi-precious stones and pearls.
All our jewelry is nickel-free. Each product also indicates what material it is made of, and more importantly: what material the stud earring is made of. Before you wear your jewelry for the first time, we recommend that you disinfect your jewelry to prevent you from reacting to any dirt or other particles present. Are you allergic to copper or zinc? Then choose ear studs in titanium (surgical steel) : these are the ear studs with a stone on the ear (and not a flower, for example).
Dispatch
Orders are sent well-packed and you will also receive a tracking code via email with which you can track your order. Most orders fit in a normal letterbox, unless you opt for gift wrapping, buy at least 3 pairs of earrings or a jewelry rack.
During checkout you can choose to pick up your order yourself in Dendermonde (Belgium). You will receive an email as soon as your order is ready to pick up and you can make an appointment via WhatsApp or email to collect your order from the studio. Online order collection is possible during weekdays. During the weekend we make time for our family.

Orders are picked up by bpost on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Normally you will receive your order 1 working day later, Wednesday or Friday respectively. Sometimes the shipment of a package can be delayed during the sorting process at the courier. Unfortunately we have no control over this. If your order has not been delivered within 7 working days after receiving the track and trace code, please contact us.
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout. From €90 your order will be shipped free of charge.
If you opted for shipping with tracking and your package has not been delivered after 7 working days, please send us an email . We can then check for you why your package has not yet been delivered to you and ensure that it reaches you quickly. If you chose standard shipping (without tracking), we unfortunately cannot determine why your package has not (yet) been delivered.
Petit Bonbon cannot be held responsible for damage, theft or loss of goods during shipping via PostNL or Bpost. Petit Bonbon is not responsible for delays due to events beyond our normal control. This includes production interruptions, transport delays and work stoppages.
If your package is returned to us because you did not fully provide your address, the costs (€7.5) for this return are for you. Make sure you enter the shipping address correctly and completely.
Return
Are you not completely satisfied with your purchase? Then you have the right to easily return your package within 14 days. More information about how to return a parcel can be found here . Products that were made especially for you, such as earrings with clips or custom jewelry, cannot be returned.
All returned items will be refunded after inspection. If you would like to exchange for another item, please place a new order.
The return will be refunded to the same account used to pay for the order. Return fees and original shipping charges will never be refunded. If you paid via a gift voucher, the return amount will be charged again to your gift voucher.
If a piece of jewelry has been worn or not returned within the specified period, the return cannot be accepted and no refund can be made. We will then send the return back to you.
If you had free shipping in your original order because your order was at least €90, and by returning a pair of earrings your final order amount is less than the free shipping amount, you will be responsible for shipping costs in addition to the return costs. The original shipping costs and the return costs will therefore be deducted from the refund.
If a discount applied to your order with certain conditions (for example minimum order value or minimum purchase) and part of it is returned, these conditions will be taken into account when refunding. The discount may therefore expire if the conditions for the discount are no longer met.
Warranty & recovery
We do our utmost to package our jewelry as carefully as possible, and it is a shame if it arrives to you broken. In that case, we will accommodate: send a photo of the packaging and the jewel to mail.petit.bonbon@gmail.com within 5 days of receiving your package. We then ensure (to the extent possible and availability of material) that the jewel can be repaired.
A stone has fallen out of the holder, a clasp has broken off, etc. This will be repaired free of charge for jewelery purchased less than 10 months ago. For jewelry purchased more than 10 months ago, €15 will be charged (excl. shipping costs).
Jewelry is not immune to normal wear and tear, activity or damage. There is no warranty for damage resulting from damage, normal wear and tear, loss of the product or part, or theft.
Send an email with a photo of your earrings and include your order number. Shipping costs are always borne by the customer. You can also bring your repair to the workshop and then you will not pay any shipping costs.

How annoying if you lose one of your favorite earrings. If you have lost 1 earring, you can purchase 1 earring (if the earrings are still in stock) at half the price of a pair. Send an email for this.
Studio
No, the studio does not have fixed opening hours. You can only come by to view earrings in real life by appointment via email . An appointment in the studio is only possible during weekdays between 8:30 am and 5:00 pm.
