Orders over €100 are shipped free of charge with tracking to a collection point.

Dispatch
Orders are shipped every Monday and Thursday at 2:30 PM. If you order after 2:30 PM on Monday, your order will be shipped the following Thursday. During peak periods (such as launches, sales, or holidays), this may vary slightly. Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a tracking email so you can track your package.
We ship on Mondays and Thursdays at 2:30 PM . If Monday or Thursday is a Belgian holiday , orders placed will be shipped the following business day.
After shipping, your order will usually be delivered the next business day . In about 90% of cases, delivery occurs the day after shipment. Sometimes, an additional business day is required.
👉 So count on delivery within 1 to 2 working days after shipment .
The indicative delivery date is always stated on the product page and takes into account any pre-orders or busy periods.
No, the shipping method cannot be changed after you place your order. Therefore, please double-check whether you're choosing home delivery or a collection point before completing your order.
If you choose delivery via a collection point, select your preferred collection point after payment on the confirmation page. If you don't select a collection point, your order will automatically be shipped to the nearest collection point .

Pickup is only available on weekdays . Weekends are reserved for family time and time with the kids. ♥️ Orders are usually ready for pickup within 4 hours . Pickup is by appointment only via email (not via text message).

Pre-orders
Pre-order items are shipped as soon as they are in stock. An estimated delivery time is always stated on the product page. If you ordered multiple (non-pre-order) items along with your pre-order, the entire order will be shipped as soon as the pre-order item is in stock. If you would like to receive part of your order sooner, please send an email with your order number to arrange interim shipment (additional shipping costs may apply).
