Report your repair
Choose the type of repair below, briefly describe the issue, and add at least one photo. This will help us assess everything accurately right away.

Package your earrings securely
Wrap the earrings in bubble wrap and put them in a sturdy box, so they don't get damaged during shipping.

Send to the studio
Send your package to the address below. Please include a note with your name and (if possible) your order number.

Return or pick up
When checking out, you choose whether we return the repaired earrings by post or if you pick them up at the studio.

How long does a repair take?
Typically allow 1 to 2 weeks from the moment we receive your earrings at the studio. Busy periods may take slightly longer.

Then we will contact you with the best solution. We never return anything without consultation.
